Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 18 October 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy governs how you may use CapiMail to send transactional and marketing email. It exists to protect recipients, your sending reputation, and the shared infrastructure every CapiMail customer relies on. By sending through CapiMail you agree to these rules.
Permission to send
- Send marketing email only to recipients who gave you verifiable, specific consent to receive it.
- Send transactional email only in response to a recipient’s own action or account relationship.
- Keep evidence of consent (source, timestamp, and the form or action that captured it) and honor it on request.
- Never send to purchased, rented, scraped, or appended lists.
Content and identity
- Send from a domain you own and have verified in CapiMail. Do not forge headers or impersonate others.
- Use accurate subject lines and sender names. Do not mislead recipients about who is sending or why.
- Include a valid physical postal address and a working unsubscribe mechanism in every marketing message.
Prohibited use
You may not use CapiMail to send or facilitate:
- unsolicited bulk or commercial email (spam);
- phishing, malware, fraud, or content that deceives recipients;
- harassment, hate, or content that is illegal in the recipient’s or sender’s jurisdiction;
- attempts to evade suppression, unsubscribe, rate-limit, consent, or credit controls.
Deliverability and enforcement
CapiMail monitors bounce and complaint rates. Because sending reputation is shared, a campaign that exceeds safe complaint or bounce thresholds is paused automatically, and CapiMail may block a domain, suspend an organization, or pause sending platform-wide to protect other customers. We may review, rate-limit, or refuse any send that threatens deliverability or violates this policy, and we act on valid abuse reports.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse of the CapiMail platform to gaweloka@gmail.com. We investigate reports and take proportionate action, which may include suspension of the responsible account.
This policy complements our Anti-Spam Policy and the agreement under which you use CapiMail.
